Tweaks You Can Make:

  • Food waste in landfills is a leading cause of methane gas-a potent greenhouse gas. Meal planning and composting help prevent food waste.
  • Set thermostat cooler in winter and warmer in summer.
  • Shop secondhand first.
  • Wash clothes on cold water. Line dry when possible.
